I thought it floated like a cloud. I used one in Ruby and Platinum but I ended up boxing both times because it sucked.

Pokemon as concepts are not the problem, the specific design is. You could have gotten something that looked way better and that it would still be willing to burn down a kid's house for insulting you. They could have given more love to the pokemon you like, the pokemon is not at fault, the creators are, they disrespected the design you love.
