How many years behind will Legends be? I'm thinking it will be behind Spore in terms of open world environments.

Horde battles haven't been a thing since Gen 6 anyways, I much rather just done a 5v5 mode but that prob would rape the 3DS' framerate

You might have just nailed it, i think legends textures could be considered slightly superior (just because the spore ones are horrible), and the loading of models and overall optimization for the environments will be slightly worse.
