Adamant, Modest, Timid, Jolly are the most common, but the other natures do have their uses. Relaxed Ferrothorn is really the only nature it uses, and Bold Chanseys aren't exactly unheard of.

The only natures that should be scrapped is any four of the five neutral natures. May as well keep one.

I think it'd be better if we could just coach or fucking meditate with our Pokémon to change their natures.

The problem with natures isn't that there's too many, or that it's too much of a gamble. The problem is natures being locked outside of the Nature mints.
