the ones worth playing have their own cloud saving but it doesnt carry over between the competition and you see them spike between 1000s of players to 5 overnight when people cant find the new version
none of them are perfect copies a lot of them are incomplete or buggy or have terrible OC
i got decent saves on like 2 versions that i try to mess around with for fun but everybody in online has the same 0 effort mega lucario/mega salamence charizard gardevoir garchomp greninja team and probably some uber legendaries that the creators handed out or made findable, the players are too spread out, there is no core community that cares or is worth putting effort into for good battles anymore
needs somebody unite all of us again under 1 new sequel
