Kirilia and Hattrem have very different silhouettes and dresses (ballerena vs nightgown) and Hattrem's hat also evokes the image of a frog with the way it's "hands" move and how it hops around. The prior form is similar but those two actually look nothing alike.
I wouldn't really say Gardevoir and Hatterene have anything in common outside of the type, either. Gardevoir isn't very tall (5ft 3in) while Hatterene is both extremes (nearing seven feet in height while still being a munchkin), and they have very different aesthetics, especially for the head and dress. Their silhouettes are extremely divergent in this regard.

I'll give you the first stages but the rest of the lines are way too widely different to be comparable to each other.
They'd probably get along fine though.
