Electivire's problem isn't his ability. It's the lack of good physical STAB moves. Plasma Fists and a slight buff that includes +1 Attack to Motor Drive would be enough honestly.

You know, you wouldn't need to replace their hidden ability since they only have a single standard one.

Also, if you're giving Regieleki's ability away, another mon should get Dragon's Maw. I propose Tyrantrum, who also only has one regular ability.

Heavy Metal is a gimmick ability that only affects Heavy Slam and makes it painfully susceptible to both Low Sweep and Grass Knot.
Intimidate will make Aggron a better support-mon similar to Incineroar and Solid Rock/Filter will help Aggron tank more SE hits.

That won't be a nuke, that will be planetary destruction forced into a single Pokemon that is now an unstoppable force!

That 160 base attack doubled with 100 base speed and no longer having to wait a turn to hit again is just plain scary...
