A tiny Beautifly maybe but the body shape would be difficult (2-segmented insect with 4 tiny limbs). As with Pikachu, it may not be possible for it to shoot electricity, but at least the color scheme and anatomy is realistic enough, apart from the ears and the tail. By the way, due to how pigment works in mammals, it would be difficult to bioengineer rainbow animals and have them produce offspring that would look the same.
