>>46845627>animationsThe game has great unique signature move animations (which SWSH already has in lower quantity with moves like Pyro Ball, Surging Strikes, Drum Beating, etc) at the cost of having less animations for everything else. Generic stock animations for non-signature moves while Pokémon has unique animations for most moves, Pokémon has many Amie animations while CS only has animations for eating (Pokémon has animations for playing, petting, sleeping, eating, etc), no animations or interactions for the Digimon following you while Pokémon when it implements the feature always puts in interactions or even rideable Pokémon, etc
>storyWords, words, words. It's a pseudo-intellectual visual novel trying to tackle subjects much more complex than it can handle in the late game.
>voice actingSure fair enough
>graphicsAre you joking? Pokémon has the superior graphics both in technical terms of having superior textures and models, but also aesthetically it's more visually pleasing since it has more varied environments while CS is restricted to blue corridors. This isn't even a point of contention, SWSH is a Switch game, CS is a Vita game ported to the Switch.
Good job not mentioning dungeon design which makes even Gen 7-8 dungeon design look like a masterpiece.
