>>46851823The problem is the games don't start getting fun until the Expansion Pass. SwSh are painfully mediocre but most of my misgivings are less to do with the games quality and more with GF's inability to make a game that looks like it was made in Current Year while also greatly embellishing SwSh's qualities.
The High Quality Animations, models from scratch, no plans to add Pokemon back in and game balance lies will never be erased from the back of my mind and I can't help but think about them whenever I even so much as look at SwSh.
I dislike dishonest devs and I tend to not support them. If GF had been honest about the state of SwSh pre-release I'd honestly have been willing to forgive many of the shortcomings.
Also I just have a much more personal issue in that 2019 was finally the year the UK got a Pokemon region as well as a Pokemon Centre yet the region was fucking boring with barely any exploration and the Centres were pop-ups with heavily limited availability and stock. We'd been waiting fucking years for this shit and that's all we got?
