If i were gamefreak I would add the Cosmic and Sound type just so every original concept is basically covered by a type.

Cosmic radiation falls under Psychic and sound is a move attribute that generally falls under Normal since most living things make noise.
If you want a type for concepts that can't be covered by any other types, Soap is probably your best bet.

There is zero reason to add a new type beyond fan OCD wankery. Space shit already falls under Psychic and sound falls under Normal. Why add to an already convoluted system?
