King and Queen have the same stats except for a distribution of like 30 points. King gets an additional 10 in offenses and speed. Queen gets them in defenses and HP. Right off the bat King wastes 10 on an attack stat which you'll never use. Next, King gets an additional 10 in a
thoroughly average speed tier. Yes, it's special attack is a bit higher, but it's getting a much bigger boost from Sheer Force and Life Orb... which Queen also has.
Nidoqueen meanwhile puts no stat to waste with all-around better bulk while at the same time not being that much weaker than Nidoking, and only a little bit slower in an average speed tier. There isn't really that much that King can outspeed and Queen can't.
