The problems with KB and Zama-C were typing, spread and movepool. Even the forced item slot with Zama-C wouldn't be the end of the world.
Mewtwo has a good spread and an unrivaled movepool, even in Ubers. As bad as it is it's not a D rank in Ubers like the other two are.
The biggest argument for a Mewtwo unban is that Ash-Greninja is basically the same mon and swaps better typing for bulk. But in that case it's more a question of "should Ash-Gren be banned" rather than should Mewtwo be unbanned.
