Why do so few people except the Champion carry a full team of six pokemon? Full teams should be available to more notable trainers as the game progresses instead of being limited to a "final boss" character or some dumbass fisherman with six magikarps. Even your rivals (unless they become champions) almost never get full teams till postgame. And don't even get me started on the villain team leaders.
