>>46872215Damn, forgot an entire row of monster there. Anyways, here's my rationale for all the extra stuff.
>Alolan / Galarian formsAll traded with the player for their Kantonian counterparts. I was thinking of turning the Safari Zone into a Foreign Exchange, where you donate the regional variants in exchange for wild instances of them populating the area.
>Houndour, Murkrow, Misdreavus, Slugma, Sneasel, and LarvitarWayward Johtomons in Kanto for some reason. Larvitar is introduced way too late in Victory Road.
>AxewWanted a "common Dragon" not 4x weak to Ice. I'm thinking maybe Route 8 or 15.
>WobbuffetIn there mostly for shits and giggles. In the Rock Tunnel.
>SableyeWanted another Ghost. Typing is neat.
>MedititeKanto is surprisingly bereft of Fighting-type lines. Again, neat typing.
>TopegiBecause of the anime and stuff. He's your introductory Eggmon. You can catch wild Togekiss while riding a flying Pokemon later.
>HeracrossCool mon, another Fighting type, and the Japanese have that whole thing about rivalry between stag and rhinoceros beetles.
>MiltankCounterpart to Tauros.
>Tyrunt / AmauraI thought another pair of fossils to choose from would be neat. Plus, Tyrantrum is another badly-needed Dragon.
>ShayminIt's neat. I would include in my version of Kanto Mt. Moon Square, and after scouring the region for five flowers to transplant to a garden there, Shaymin would appear.
>The Galarian Ledgendary BirdsRare encounters while flying.
>The RegisI've always liked the Regis, they're a really nice contrast with the Kantonian birds in concept and typing. They occupy small caves and require you solve riddles to awaken them. Regirock is on Route 9, Regice on a small island off the coast of Route 26, and Registeel's chamber is exposed in Vermilion's construction area. Regigigas is at the bottom of Victory Road. Moltres has been moved to a new Cinnabar Volcano dungeon.
>MeltanJust a regular monster this time around. Found in the Power Plant.
