Nidoking. EQ is stronger than technician bulldoze, poison jab is stronger than technician poison tail. All it would really gain is 90BP rock tomb.

Would be barely stronger than discharge. I guess it would like 90BP ancient power and swift (possibly hidden power if it still existed), but it wouldn't be worth it over transistor.

I think Eleki is the only example.
Most mons at least have some weak moves that would be better with Technician.
But Eleki basically only gets Electric moves that are already boosted by Transistor.
Even Spectrier, who has a comparably shit movepool, would at least enjoy a slightly stronger Mud Shot.
