who has control of this ability to choose who gets to breed
how do we prevent corruption in the selection process
what are objectively desirable and undesirable
how do we truly know those traits are desirable/undesirable
How do you mitigate uniformity of genetics to prevent future disasters like viruses or outbreaks
and how do you know you are not weeding out all different genetics with ability to quickly adapt to all climates or future positive mutations.
There's a lot more to consider than these but essentially no one can do it right yet so there's no point.
