The gyms we fight ingame are the Major Circuit. There are supposed to be gyms for every type lorewise, but the other 10 type specialists are the Minor Circuit, the only ones we got to meet are Kara/Avery

In pretty much every soccer league there are a few teams that are simply significantly more popular then the rest.
These teams are threatening to make a new multi country league similar to American sports leagues where the only way to get in is to pay a franchise fee.
Soccer fans don't like this because for the longest time leagues have always been promotion relegation with continental competition spots awarded based on league finishes.

TL:DR The richest teams in soccer are threatening to break away from the traditional system and form a franchise like league similar to american sports leagues.
