The game tracks it's own clock internally so it knows if you just set the date forward a month.
All it really checks for is that the day ticked over, so if your a mega autist you can set the time to 11:59pm, let it tick over to the next day, then repeat as much as you want and that will work.

all im lacking is safariball nosepass (Flowerbed, 30 days, 18 Rock) which im searching for now.

Believe me, im glad that i have both SS and HG, so i could do this shit way faster.
