Why the hell did they even allow Blaziken back to OU? I've been using him all week and the only thing that can stop me is that water/fighting 8th gen dog thing

Just ignore him. This is a stupid meme that keeps popping up. Blaziken is shit with out his items and suffers from having 4 moves. Plus the list of mons you mentioned are completely accurate. Blaziken is in OU because he would be to strong in UU.

Blaziken could wallbreak with Z-Crystals.

It's immune to burns and resists Dark, so Mega Sableye is shit against it.

Basically every team has something that can force out or trade with Blaziken. If you have the support required to get Blaziken (such as screens) going you could probably switch Blaziken with Garchomp or even physical + flamethrower Dragapult and do better in every matchup.
