Not, even SWSH DLC improved between the trailers.

The latest trailer of No More Heroes 3 showed a big bump of resolution and framerate compared to february one, in just 2 months.

They have a lot of time.

Everybody knows that Gen 8, DP remake and legends. are for the casual. GF is just testing the waters, so they dont need to go 200% with graphics, quality and content.

Wait for gen 9! that´s the real thing. The game hardcore fans are waiting for. Stop bitching about it!!!

Honestly a crapshoot. For the 3DS games we saw that they'd keep the Graphics not Final disclaimer on trailers that'd be coming out the week of release or even AFTER release for SM/USUM but then there's the case of >>46893404
Clearly HD game's development is not their forte which isn't surprising since they were previously just a portable vidaya studio with a very rare console release but the fact that they had that much trouble with SwSh let alone an open world game makes me think that graphics could improve...a bit. I don't expect anything too crazy, but hey, I wouldn't mind GF pleasantly surprising me for once.

I think it will marginally improve, specifically the lighting, framerate, and adding things like more foilage.

The cel-shading should help to hide a lot of the ugly graphics.

I've been saying since reveal Legends is being developed with running on the Pro in mind, like how they developed Gen VII to run on the 3DS XL and adapted the games to run on the older models properly then.

The wider problem with SwSh was the game engine, which was shit. PLA won’t have that same issue.
