Hello everybody, I am new here.
I really need some advice because I want to buy a Vintage Holo Charizard 4/102 from the glorious '99.
The problem is... I don't know what to do! There are so many options!

I could buy a NOT graduated card and hope for the best OR buy a Charizard that is already graduated.
There are too many price range, that's so confusing!
I would not spend more than 1000€ (because I am afraid!).

What should I do, anons?
Any advice is welcome! :)
