Just make your own gyms with your own teams from zero instead of fixing something that cant never be fully fixed. You autists could make much more interesting things if you used your creativity properly. Also, give them movesets.

I generally like your teams, there's always some weird but cool choices. The Sinnoh gyms from 4 on look awfully weak though. Like, the player could easily steamroll them weak.

It's mostly Maylene and Gardenia, I just can't see them doing much to the player. Gardenia has 3 slow mons and none of them are particularly bulky. Maybe I'm underestimating Meditite.

Hmm, I was thinking that Maylene's type diversity would make things a little more difficult since she has counters for Flying and Psychic. Maybe swap position with Fantina and give her a Haunter as a quick fix.
Will need to think more about Gardenia.

Yea thats what I meant, there were too may pokemon that were there just because they're of the same type. Jasmine getting a Galarian Meowth doesn't really make sense. Sabrina's team doesn't fit her too.
I really like Alolan Geodude for Surge though. It's a great fit!

Maybe give Roark Rhyperior instead of Relicanth and swap the roles of Aerodactyl and Rhyperior.
I'm assuming Megas are only used in the last gym, right? So he doesn't really need Aerodactly till then anyway.

Gave non-logical Pokémon to the leaders (Donphan for Surge, Mantine for Blaine, PZ and Meganium for Giovanni (Plus having Rhydon when Rhyperior exists. BAD), Blastoise for Karen and Tyranitar for Lance (This thing Sucks)

I can see you trying to deal with the problem with not enough ice types in Hoenn too but I feel like Glacia doesn't suit grass types. She looks too much like a frosty upper class lady. I didn't want Roxanne to overlap with Steven Stone since there aren't that many rock types either which is why I changed her over to Dark type with Sidney taking grass while keeping his ace Cacturne.

I decided not to give "not-Giovani" Rhyperior as I don't want overlaps with Bertha. Besides he's not Giovani and I just wanted to give him a colourful team.
Donphan is tough and militaristic and fits Surge's ex-soldier vibes.
Blaine's gym is at a volcano/island. It's reasonable for him to have an aquatic pokemon.
