Would have been fine as an actual evolution to Manetric but as a mega it fucking sucks. Why would I waste my mega slot on this worthless fuck when I could use an actually strong mega? There's plenty of better electric types and his movepool is a joke.

Desgin: Very stupid suffers from needing to still look like Manectric meaning they can't go overboard and revamp the design like a normal evolution. Also it's now forever cucking Manectric out of, outside of a regional form, getting a real evolution

Thunderbolt mane to body is too large, should’ve kept the tail, and the claws should’ve been bone colored. Have Shiny M Manetric eye back to blue.
Defense is abysmal compared to its competitors, power creep, and competing Mega mons. I didn’t need +20 points in Def/Sp.Def, just +50 in Att/Sp.Att
