Also Lugia in the movie's best feat is simply on par with Mewtwo's island wipe, they're more or less comparable, in that they're multi-km big ass explosions. The legendary birds aren't a good indication of power when the best they've done is fought Lugia, they don't have any quantifiable feats worth a damn that upscale Lugia to anything worth a damn.
