Competitive Pokémon is the same, except the following changes. What happens?
>Accuracy is removed and replaced with “cooldowns.” Moves with 90-95% accuracy have a 1 turn cooldown, 80-85% have 2 turns etc.
>Switching out does not reset the cooldowns
>Paralysis, instead of having a chance to prevent attacking, now increases cooldowns by 2 turns
>at the start of each turn, each player gets 1 “point” that they can spend on secondary effects. For example, a move with currently with a 10% secondary effect costs 5 points to activate, while a move with a secondary effect chance of 50% only costs 1.
(I’m not implying this is better or anything, it’s just for fun, just think of how this would change battling)
