I mean yes, it’s a 102 power move with no drawbacks that’s neutral on 15/18 types.

I kinda get why they removed it, but they didn’t offer any suitable replacement in its place. Didn’t even attempt to limit its distribution like Toxic.

It's okay. A reliable stab move for normal types and pixilate, glaciate, aerialate, and galvanize users but usually there are better moves. It's pretty good in-game as a strong move to spam though.

Its decent user b/c of Adaptability but only Flareon and Leafeon would be able do some damage with it if you decide to evolve it(2/8 of the Eeveelutions are physical attackers)

No because 102 is a stupid number. Normal types deserve better. Boomburst and Tri-Attack are better. Normal Physical kinda has to stick with Double-Edge now.

They never said why they removed moves, most of them were moves that had absolutely no impact on competitive.

The biggest removals were Hidden Power, Return, and Pursuit. Good riddance.
