I remember it was like a B- or C+ but in any case it doesn't actually matter. Cinderace is considered the worst Pokémon to be Uber by tiering by a large margin. Zamazenta-Crowned too is considered very bad and yet was voted to be too much for OU by a large majority (despite many expecting a contested vote).

This is completely false, every bulky Steel or Tangrowth gets destroyed by Flare Blitz, Slows (especially Slowking) can't take Knock Off, for Zapdos, Volcarona and Mandibuzz you can slot in Stone Edge, or try to take the former two down with Psychic Fangs
