Pikachu's moveset is really and needs an overhaul to iconic moves like Iron Tail and Electroweb. Get rid of Skull Bash already.

Jigglypuff is one of the most memorable Smash characters due to how damn unorthadox her playstyle is. No other character in the game really functions like Jigglypuff does. I think Little Mac, of all characters, is the only other character who's as heavily min-maxed as puff. MAYBE Ganondorf.

I do agree that he could get a revamp, but compared to other fighters he's fine. That's not even counting how he's been a top tier fighter since his debut.
