Since dlc's are a thing now and updated models/moves/animations/etc were a blatant lie, when can we expect the last dlc that will bring back the national dex/Megas/Z moves to SwSh?

Never. All pokemon will probably be in the generation, but not SwSh. And I don't think the gimmicks ever had a chance of coming back.

There will be a new DLC for SS that enables communication with BDSP. There will be a separate different DLC for BDSP required for communication with SS.
