Yeah
The Lati twins & the Johto legendaries
The choice is irrelevant to two of them, and losing the flying type for the Johto birds will perhaps come as a plus more often than not, like if you're trying to stall Thunder which is really common in Ubers and you're faster for some reason, or something else.
