Base form is cute and unbothered as Capybaras are, give it some dumb cute name like Splashybara. It’s still a bit timid, but is chill.
Evo 1 takes this to the max, it doesn’t care about other Pokémon posing a threat to it and due to this just isn’t preyed on. It even chills with Feraligatr and other Pokémon that could easily eat it. It’s basically a mammalian Quagsire complete with Unaware. Better stats too, but more weaknesses. Signature move, Splish Splash, is a Water/type Clear Smog clone.
Evo 2 has just snapped and went on a fucking roid rage, basically the opposite of most capybara. Maybe give it an Unaware clone that fits its angry nature, as it simply does not give a fuck about your stat buffs? Can call it Uncaring or something. That or just Mold Breaker desu. Signature move is called something like Thrash Splash which is Water/type Outrage.
