>>46981385Not that anon but Klefki has an ability called Prankster which gives it’s non-attacking moves priority over other pokemon’s moves. Meaning Klefki’s moves non-attacking moves almost always go first. Swagger and Thunder Wave is busted because it gives your opponent fewer opportunities to attack. If i’m not mistaken, a confused and paralyzed pokemon has only 18% attacking. Foul Play, a move that does more damage depending on how high your opponent’s attack stat is, deals A LOT if damage because Klefki has a crappy attack stat and because Swagger also raises your opponent’s attack stat. Substitute gives your opponent fewer opportunities to hurt Klefki for obvious reason.
