>>46980570>>46980570>Which has nothing to do with the fact that it is native to Sinnoh.Post dex Legendaries doesn’t count.
>2 pokemon who are 4× weakThat didn’t stop anyone from picking mons let alone a specific weakness to water for generations. Now you’re talking out of your ass.
>That's not the pointIt is the point, you dumbass! Grab an Electric type or a Grass type.
>And Platinum did at least fix the mistake, like a third version actually should.OP’s argument was the Fire distribution of Emerald and Platinum.
>Just like with BlazikenWrong. Swampert is regarded as the best starter to pick overall, Grass types also being so scarce in RSE, it had virtually no weaknesses. Blaziken is 2nd choice pick, but between the trainers and challenges in RSE, you really don’t need a team with a Fire type. Platinum has more challenges and trainers with mons that would’ve been easier to hit with Fire attacks, especially after the Physical/Special split.
>>46980624>They are all decent in a regular playthrough. And the same can be said for RSE Fire types.
>Oh come the fuck on. Anyone who owned a DS also had internet, and friends who also had a DS with at least one Gen 4 game. You don't even need internet for local communications.Sinnohfags can’t read. You need TWO LEGIT CARTRIDGES to have the built in wireless communication chip that interacts with the ROM file. It’s a failsafe for anyone replicating fake copies or pirated copies, something GBA games lacked when ripping the ROM straight from the legit cart.
>2021>Friends close by who plays Pokémon PlatinumGood luck.
>Yeah, have fun using your Blaziken in the water portion of the game, where it's weak to the last two Gym Leaders and every wild encounter and trainer battle until the E4.What are Electric types? What are Grass types? Do you keep in Monferno against Crasher Wake? Did you keep in Infernape or any other Fire Types against Bertha, Lucian, or Cynthia’s Milotic and Garchomp?
