I really don't get what GF's deal is with Power Gem's distrubution among Rock types.
For instance, Carbink could learn it at Lv. 46 in XY but Diancie (a Pokemon that is a mutated Carbink) straight up couldn't until Gen 7 at Lv. 40.
It also took until SM for Lunatone to be able to learn it, Solrock still can't.
It's an 80P 100 ACC move amongst a type where the only other 100 ACC moves are Ancient Power (60P), Smack Down (50), and Accelerock (40P signature move)
It's a special move amongst a physically oriented type, it's not like most Rock types would ever use it but it's weird that most don't have the option anyway and that some other Rock types who do have a serviceable Sp. Atk don't have the option either, like your pic, Tyrannitar or Omastar.
