And Magician should have had the effect of increasing the chance for a status effect to happen like burn, frozen, paralysis,poison ect or have physical moves deal damage based off the pokemon's sp.atk instead.
They could have also gave it an attack animation where it conqures a mage hat made of fire for one of it's attacks, there's a lot of things they could have done with Dephox but it, like the rest of gen 6 were half assed and rushed
