Here are my favorites:
>ShayminIt's very cute in both forms. Also the mascot for PMD:EOS. Speaks to me on a spiritual level a bit, though it doesn't quite hold up past my childhood. It had a good movie and dub voice actor, though.
>ZeraoraNever found out much its lore, it's just very well-designed.
>JirachiDon't care about its design too too much, but it has good lore and movies.
>MewBeautiful Pokemon that's always held meaning in my life. In the first movie, it was amazing. In LatMoM, it was a bit annoying and unnecessary. Had a good role in Pokemon Channel if I remember that game correctly. Had lots of fan mysteries, glitches, and other stuff attached to it. Interesting mon for sure.
>Diancie and VolcanionHad good stats and character design.
>DeoxysVersatile. Has a unique gimmick and creative designs, it was like Rotom but better.
Overall I'd have to say Mew or Shaymin are my favorites. Mew is very soulful, Shaymin is also very soulful but in a different way. But I prefer Mew just a bit because Mew was written more subtly and was a great example of a quiet character who said a lot.
