I'm not sure. Trick Room is pretty neat, I suppose.

I've been playing some Emerald Frontier recently and Destiny Bond Gengar has been a lot of fun to use, so that move is definitely somewhere up there for me too.

Giga Drain. The game animations just make it so cool on a conceptual level. Like the monster is draining the target's very life in these big, visible chunks of energy by the exertion of its will alone.
