Review bombs are inherently a broken system. You do not need to prove you own games and to think that games have no redeeming qualities to warrant getting a 0 score is asinine. I do not think I have ever played a game deserving less than a 3 or 4.

I only rented SwSh to play through it once, and while I don't think it's a good game, I like it more than New Snap since it has my favorite Pokemon in it. If she was added in any potential DLC for New Snap, then things would be different.

Pokémon had consistent sales after Pokémania, even with Gen IV and V's up and down, they end up with 16.45m sales for the last 5 Gens on average. Only explanation for this bump is people who hadn't bought a Nintendo handheld since they were given one as a child finding out their handheld game made it to the big leagues.
