Crabrawler in USUM can evolve right before Mimikyu, have Iron Fist as its ability, and immediately learn Ice Hammer for a ~120 power STAB move with no drawback. At that point you will also have Power-up Punch from its time as a Crabrawler, which is also boosted by the ability.
