Clefable line outclasses Wigglyline but wigglyline is the cuter species because of its big eyes. If clefable like had the jiggly eyes it would be unbeatable

It's not because of the eyes. It's because it's a big bouncy balloon rabbit that loses its temper easily before beating someone up. Clefable is just an autistic fatfuck that wiggles its finger and sometimes jumps around during a caveman ritual, and putting Wigglytuff's eyes on it would be nightmare fuel.

At the very least, replace Cute Charm because that's just useless. It makes sense for flavor on babies and NFE's but no fully evolved Pokemon should be saddled with it.

Huge Power wouldn't even work on those moves, what is the point to that? Even Compettiive works better since it actually buffs Sp. Atk, which those moves count on.
If you're going to try to make sense, since Jigglypuff/Wigglytuff are actually known most for their singing, give them something like Toxitricity's Punk Rock, an ability that buffs Sound-based moves.
