Meh, these games are vastly overrated.

The gameplay feels too easy compared to DPPt's, most of the new mons look pretty ugly and feel like Kanto clones, the story is way too drawn out and has too many uninteresting cutscenes (not to mention the tideous tutorials), and most of the routes feel way too linear. I don't get the hype, unless you're wearing nostalgia goggles.
