>>47002727To be fair, they would have been better in other stuff other than pokemon if they were treated like a proper game developing studio, instead of a pokemon vomiting studio that has to puke out a pokemon game every 1 or 2 years for that sweet,sweet merch money, since new pokemon generation means new pokemon,which in turn means new merch.Also because they also have to pump out new manga ,anime and TGC with each new game, so they can't afford having a proper development time to make their game a proper RPG,aka:the one thing that they are famous for, and it doesnt even matter, since people don't care about the quality of the game ,if it looks like a gamecube game or if it's a downgrade of the same game they have been buying for years.Nope, all they really care about is it being pokemon, it's all about the brand. So even if they release a pokemon game that can be compared to a bootleg mobile game you can easily find on android/apple stores ,it wouldn't even matter since it would sell like hot cakes anyways, because it's simply branded as Pokemon.
And i bet gamefreak employees and staff are tired of making Pokemon games, and tired of the endless hellish development cycles caused by this franchise,they clearly could pull other games than pokemon and be successful, if they haven't had their hands full of pokemon n°584196499, That is.
