Hacking in Pokemon will never be stopped. It's a losing battle, so TPCi might as well stop trying to fight it.

They've been making training easier and easier over time. In SwSh the only thing you can't artificially get is a 0 IV, there's really no reason to hack other than laziness or niche strategies now.

i didn't know playing through 10 hours of shitty game and doing an inane amount of grinding (on top of the time finding said pokemon you're making a 'competitive beast') counted as "10 minutes"

Besides level up moves, hasn't swsh already done this with the DLCs?

The only thing that requires level 100 are bottle caps.
