Depends what he would be targeting. Probably a ghost type. Drifloon for children. Dusknoir for all purpose stuff, or maybe a poison or fire type to dispose of bodies. Would probably have a bunch of Yamask too as trophies or something.

I think Alakazam, it can use psychic powers to break your bones or crush your organs internally, probably can make some permanent damage to your brain or put you into vegetative state if you like that. You can turn your victim into bloody mush on so many ways with Alakazam.
