You have to get it to level 100, beat the elite 4 10 times without healing or using any items, then go to the top of pokemon tower and toss your master ball with fearow at the front of your party.

You make it hold a King's Rock at exactly level 75. Next, go to any battle facility (battle tower, battle frontier, etc.) and then you build a win streak of exactly 179 with Fearow only. After that, you turn your console upside-down and smash it with a hammer.

Pick up the Sunnier Stone underneath the truck in Cerulean city, defeat the pokemon league 100 times and transfer to the next generation repeat this process until you reach soulsilver. In Soulsilver raise a Fearow to level 100 and use the Sunnier Stone on it, it will now evolve into a Ho-oh.

You need to initiate a trade with it holding sacred ash between 12 and 1 PM to a Japanese version of the game. The rainbow wing must be in your bag. Soft reset the console during the trade and ho oh will appear in your party in its place. Good luck anon!

You need to let it faint to a Fire-type attack and then use a Revive on it after the battle. It will evolve upon being revived

Man I miss these rumors. Makes me nostalgic of simpler times when I'd try to clear the kanto e4 with mewtwo only because someone told me it would evolve into mewthree.
