Game Freak constantly give certain Pokemon barren movepools, godawful stats. or nonsensical mismatched abilities while making their personals favorites or TPC shills into competitive juggernauts.. The fact that Rom-Hacker constantly buff shitmons to acceptable levels proves that any Pokemon can be made viable. Why does Game Freak Hate so many of the Pokemon they create.
