I consider Let's Go the definitive Kanto experience and when the time comes when I was to play Kanto again I'm definitely going to play Let's Go instead of the originals or the remake. I don't understand why /vp/ has a problem with the games. The only changes I'd make would be to allow you to start with Charmander, Bulbasaur, or Squirtle if you opted to, and there's really no good reason at all not to include evolutions like Steelix, Scizor, Electivire, and prevos like Magby, Pichu, etc. Outside of that I really really fucking enjoy the games.
