In BW/2 Beheeyem can be taught Dream Eater but as far as I can tell can't learn any moves that put other Pokemon to sleep, and thus can't actually use Dream Eater unless you use a different Pokemon in your party to put the opponent to sleep first.

Why did Game Freak do this?
