Is it a software issue? Is it a fundamental design flaw? Is it people tossing all their ds/3ds games in a bad case and letting them rattle around for years in their backpack/pockets? It's not just ORAS but being one of the best selling games on the console it has a high percentage of the reported failures so is it just a few bad batches or is it more widespread and people haven't noticed yet? For now all this is is something ro look out for and a reason to remind people to back their shit up.
