What happened to this place? I used to frequent /vp/ during gen 5 and 6 and it wasn't perfect or anything and there were plenty of shitposters, but you could actually have discussions about Pokémon here. Every thread wasn't "[Character I want to fuck] General" and bait threads. You could actually make friends here through WiFi General and Showderp and Pixelmon and Shiny Hunt Weekends or whatever those threads were called. /vp/ was entertaining and fun.

Now this place is a shithole. It's the same 3 threads. The same pictures of Dawn and Gardevoir. The same negativity. The same tired arguments about SwSh. Most threads that aren't a waifu thread or a bait thread get one or two replies and then die. It's depressing to see what /vp/ has become.

If you all hate Pokémon so much, why are you still here?
